Starplode Launch

August 11, 2015

 

 

 

Starplode founders Jason Robinson, Shaun Robinson, and Jay Lee held a public meeting allowing the community to become acquainted with Starplode.com. The meeting was held in the Madison Public Library Conference Room from 5-9pm. There was a turnout of thirty-one people. Free membership subscriptions and pizza were given to all in attendance.


Starplode is a website allowing people of all ages with singing abilities to upload their videos and become known. Starplode runs a contest every week and, based on votes made by its members and viewers, awards a cash prize of $100 to the video with the most votes.

When asked about Starplode, Shaun Robinson said, “Starplode is an exciting new website where people can enjoy singing, sharing and chatting. They can make money while having fun.” Jay Lee expressed, “My hopes are that upcoming musicians will be able to showcase their talents and have their dreams come true. Starplode.com is the embodiment of the American Dream, a place where anyone can be a star.” Jason Robinson said, " I am excited about Starplode and the opportunities that it is going to give people to showcase their talents from the comforts of their home.This is a website where all levels of talent can comfortably develop, show, and share their talent. Not to mention, it is just a really fun site for all others to get on and watch videos and vote for their favorites."

As mentioned beforehand, Starplode.com was created by Jason Robinson, Shaun Robinson, and Jay Lee of Madison. Starplode offers many membership options allowing members to vote on videos, upload their own, or to simply watch. Membership fees range from free to $14.99. Membership privileges vary depending on each membership status.

 

Starplode will be advertised this next week on iHeart Radio out of Orlando, Florida on XL 106.7 this Monday August 17th, 2015 from 7pm to midnight for two weeks.
