Jason Robinson Involved in Horseback Riding Accident
Jason Robinson was involved in a horseback riding accident Saturday, September 6th, 2015.
While with his family near his home, the horse he was riding tripped and fell. The horse flipped over Jason before completely falling, crushing his fibula and breaking his tibia.
Jason alerted his family of the incident and they rushed out to find him. Upon finding him an hour later, they realized that he could not be moved. They then called 911 in order to move Jason.
Jason was taken from the scene of the accident by ambulance and then by helicopter to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital where he has remained since the accident.
Jason’s leg has been stabilized by pins and rods shortly after his arrival to TMH. He will undergo a reconstructive surgery but will have to wait for a couple of weeks due to swelling and pain.
Donations can be made to Jason and his family, anonymously or not, through the Facebook page “Jason Broke His Leg.” His family appreciates any support in advance.
