About the play: Set in the same world as last season's NFCC Community Theatre production of Good People, Four Sons tells the story of the Preston family and its multiple generations of men - fathers and sons - who have all lived within the same four walls for years. Unfortunately these walls also hold a long cycle of abuse, stemming from the now dementia-ridden patriarch Virgil James Preston Sr. and his easily distracted no nonsense wife Kate. When the Preston clan is forced to gather only for brief moments-weddings, anniversaries, graduations, holidays, and funerals- the visits are typically quick and only involve a few violent altercations. But when multiple turns of events cause more and more of the Preston lineage to take permanent residence in the rundown Preston family home, Sr. and Kate are forced to watch the home and family they built come crashing down because of the viscous cycle of abuse that has somehow managed to follow four generation of Prestons,

*Note: This is a PG-13 production.
