Obituary: Clarence Treadway Sparks, Jr.

Clarence Treadway Sparks, Jr., age 63, died Saturday, September 20, 2014 in Tallahassee. A Memorial service will be Saturday, September 27, 2014 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Beggs Funeral Home, Madison, Florida with Rev. Murrell Bennett officiating. The family will receive friends a half hour prior to the service. He was born December 25, 1950 in Madison, Florida where he was a lifelong resident. He retired from Roadway where he was a 3 million mile driver. He was owner of Sparks Tractor Co in Madison. He loved Florida State Football. For many years he coached Little League Baseball, winning 4 championships. He was a devoted family man, and a member of Hopewell Baptist Church. He was predeceased in death by his father: Clarence Treadway Sparks; brother: Ricky Sparks, and sister: Glenda Dixon. He is survived by his wife: Sheila Sparks of Madison; his mother: Pauline Fender of Madison; 3 sons: Brian Jones, of Clermont, Jason Morse (Lindsey) of Quitman, Ga, and Dustin Sparks (Katie) of Madison; 1 daughter: Chassidy Cribb (Mike) of Hahira, GA; sister-in-law: Beth Ann Scarlett; brother: Ray Fox of Madison, two sisters: Oneida Matheny (Tommy) and Debra Bass (Daniel) both of Madison. Seven Grandchildren: Olivia Cribb, Trey Cribb, Jaylin Morse, Dalton Sapp, Brailey Sparks, Jordan Sparks, and Bensen Sparks; two Great grandchildren; Kaiden and Annalyn.
